Sandy, Oregon Elopement Videography and Photography at the Woodlands House
James + Veronica are serving allll the wedding inspo at this styled Sandy, Oregon Elopement at the Woodlands House — they were so sweet with each other and it was a blast getting to know them in their engagement season. This day was EVERYTHING an Oregon wedding should be — drizzling moody rain, deep greens, a cozy cabin, a greenhouse ceremony, lavender florals, a curated tablescape. If you’re planning a PNW micro-wedding or elopement then you’re going to want to keep reading.
Rainy June Wedding in Swan Valley, Montana
Nate and Sigrid had the most beautiful wedding in Condon, MT — it had all the woodsy Montana charm you’d expect from a NW Montana wedding, complete with cabins, horses, and plenty of swing dancing. The setting of the riverfront property in the Swan Valley combined with the rainy June atmosphere made this one of the most memorable weddings we’ve ever captured. Nate and Sigrid are two of the loveliest, warmest people we’ve ever met and it was an honor to capture their wedding — read on to see how they made it so special and get inspo for your own Montana wedding! Micro Wedding Overlooking Flathead Lake | Wade + JoAnn’s Montana Destination Wedding + Adventure Session in West Glacier
Wade and JoAnn are two of the raddest people ever — seriously so hard working, hilarious, and family oriented. They opted for a destination Montana micro-wedding with their loved ones, and I’m so honored they trusted me to put together a team to capture/let me edit their big day! They ended up having the most beautiful destination wedding at a cabin in Somers, MT overlooking Flathead Lake. Montana Diaries put together an associate videography + photography team to serve W + J for their micro-wedding, and it was the best experience getting to know this incredible couple through the planning process all the way through delivering their photos and film. They put so much emphasis on celebrating with their loved ones and showing them an amazing time, and they also wanted to explore NW Montana while they were here, so the team got to serve them for their wedding AND day-after adventure session in Glacier National Park. Read on to learn more about how they pulled off their micro-wedding!
Summer Elopement at Going to the Sun Road
This elopement included a Montana lifestyle session inside a quaint cottage in Columbia Falls, fly fishing on the Middle Fork of the Flathead, and an elopement at Going to the Sun Road.
Rainy Glacier National Park Micro-Wedding at Avalanche Amphitheater
Tristan and Morgan’s micro-wedding in west Glacier National Park was the epitome of a perfect moody day in the park — rainy, fog surrounding the mountains, and the deep lush greens that GNP is known for. We had such a blast getting these two hitched at Avalanche Amphitheater, followed by an adventure session at Lake McDonald, and then an intimate dinner with their loved ones at Whitefish Lake restaurant.
Montana Fishing Elopement on the Middle Fork of the Flathead
John + Bess chose West Glacier National Park for their destination micro-wedding, and I couldn’t have been more honored to capture it for them — not least because John is one of my husband Brandon’s best friends! This is a special one; we were so happy to help J + B design a day that honored their personalities and hobbies as well as time with their loved ones. We built in private vows at Belton Bridge, fishing on the middle fork of the Flathead, and an intimate ceremony at Lake McDonald — andddd to top it all off, Glacier showed upppp for these two with the fall colors. Keep scrollin’ for some Montana fishing elopement inspiration.
