Here’s to Mr. and Mrs. Laws
This wedding was a special one for Brandon and me, not just because we adore Jaron and Evelyn, but also because they got hitched right in the area where we grew up. I couldn’t be happier that two of the most beautiful people we know started their marriage in the most beautiful place on earth — NW Montana.
As you'll see, the Laws wedding was stunning. I just have to write a quick note, though, to tell you all that this day just HAPPENED to be picture-perfect. It wasn’t intentionally oriented to be modeled after some styled shoot in a magazine. So often, we go through wedding days completely focused on making everything as beautiful as possible. I love those weddings, but this one filled up my soul for days and days after we attended. We showed up and we were immediately offered food and drinks, and from then on it was the most relaxed day of laughing and chatting and just being with the Miller/Laws clan. It was such an amazing reminder that wedding days can really be all about the love and fun, and less about the matching robes and staged toasts. (Still heckin’ love matching outfits and staged toast photos, don’t get me wrong.)
More to the point, Evelyn and Jaron love each other and they wanted to share that intense, crazy, silly, amazing love with their friends and family. It was as simple as that. They succeeded — we all ate, and drank, and danced, and made s’mores, and cried, and laughed together in the place we all love.
Evelyn and Jaron, we love you. Thank you, and congratulations.
